General Information
SCHOOL TRANSCRIPTS
A Level students must complete the university admission process before the declaration of the A Level result and are required to provide school transcripts showing internal exam results. In the absence of the final A Level result, these transcripts are extremely important for admission in any undergraduate programme. Students must perform well throughout their two years so that the grades on their transcripts help secure admission and scholarships.
MONTHLY EVALUATIONS
Gr. VI – O Level:
Monthly evaluations/class tests and their results are sent to parents through the SMS Alert system and carry a 30% weightage in Midterm and Term Examinations.
A Level:
Monthly evaluation results are generated for September, October, November, January, February, and March for both AI and AII. An additional report is generated in August for A-II. Results are communicated to parents through the SMS Alert System.
If parents/guardians do not receive results for any listed month, they should contact the School Office.
ORIENTATION
The purpose of the orientation is to introduce new students to the facilities, scheme of studies, timetable, faculty, and other school staff. Students are also informed about the school’s policies and procedures.
COMMUNICATION WITH PARENTS
The school maintains communication with parents mainly through WhatsApp and the SMS Alert System, and occasionally through letters and emails.
Information shared with students through letters, emails, assemblies, or notice boards is considered conveyed to parents. Students and parents should regularly check the school website and official Facebook page for updates.
Parents must provide their correct address, phone number, and email at the time of admission. Any changes must be reported immediately.
ATTENDANCE
Regular and punctual attendance is essential. Any absence without prior notice or application results in a fine of Rs.100/-. Leaving classes after marking presence will also result in fines. These fines are meant to discourage unnecessary absences.
Parents will be notified via SMS Alert System whenever possible.
