Fee Payment:
- The annual charges are payable in 5 installments.
- Fees may be paid by cash or through a cheque favouring KIMS at our Accounts Office or deposited in our bank account at Faysal Bank Ltd. (Account Title: Keynesian Institute of Management & Sciences, Account No. PK55FAYS0001172056518001).
- Parents are usually sent the fee bills through students and also informed via SMS, and it is their responsibility to pay the fee by the due date to avoid the late fee fine (Rs.100 per working day).
- Students will not be entitled to more than one concession at a time.
- Fees are subject to an increase every year, as per the inflation rate.
- In case of 21 consecutive absences (without a formal sanction of leave), the student will be deemed to have left the school, and will have to repeat the admission procedure to regain admission in KIMS.
- In case of withdrawal of a student from the school, one month’s written notice is required or the due fees shall have to be paid.
- Students of OII & AII deciding to leave the school after 1st March shall have to clear the complete annual course fee (even if they have not sent their Cambridge exam entries through KIMS).
- The Security Deposit would be refunded and/or School Leaving Certificate / other documents and certificates for the student and any siblings issued only if all school dues have been cleared, the school has received the withdrawal notice as per school policy, and the refund is claimed within a year of withdrawal from the school.
- Any fees paid (except the Security Deposit) will not be refunded.
