SCHOOL TRANSCRIPTS
A Level students are required to complete the process of admission in universities before the declaration of the A Level result, and are required to provide school transcripts showing the results of internal exams. In the absence of the final A Level result, these transcripts are extremely important for admission in any university's under-grad programme. Students need to perform well throughout the two years of A Level, so that the grades appearing on their transcripts are good enough to compel admission authorities not only to grant them admission but also offer them generous scholarships.
MONTHLY EVALUATIONS
Monthly evaluations / class tests and their results are communicated to parents via our SMS Alert system and carry a 30% weighting in Midterm & Term Examinations.
A Level:
Monthly evaluation results are generated for the months of September, October, November, January, February and March for both AI & AII. They are also generated for the month of August for A-II. The results are communicated to parents through our SMS Alert System.
In case parents/guardians do not receive the results for any of the above mentioned months, they may contact the School Office.
ORIENTATION
COMMUNICATION WITH PARENTS
Information imparted to students through letters, emails, assemblies, notice boards etc. would be considered passed on to parents. It is therefore essential that students communicate all such information to their parents. Students and parents are also advised to keep checking the school website and official Facebook page for updates.
Parents are requested to provide us with their correspondence address, cell number and email at the time of admission to help us communicate effectively. Any change in the correspondence details must be notified to the school administration without delay.
